Retail Sales Associate
Responsible for:

Cruise Staff
Responsible for:
- Crafting an entertaining, engaging, and unforgettable guest experience as a member of the entertainment team.
- Hosting and facilitating onboard activities, including games, trivia, karaoke, and themed events.
- Supporting live performances, deck parties, and theater productions while ensuring guest safety.
Additionally: You must have an outgoing, energetic personality and be comfortable engaging large groups using effective microphone techniques and audio-visual equipment.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in entertainment, hospitality, or a similar role in resorts, cruise ships, or recreational facilities.
Youth Staff
Responsible for:
- Ensuring the safety, engagement, and supervision of children and teenagers (ages 3-17) participating in the youth programme.
- Planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate activities while maintaining cleanliness and safety in programme areas.
- Managing inventory, supplies, and assisting the wider cruise staff team as needed.
Additionally: You must thrive in a team-orientated, high-energy environment, displaying strong leadership and clear communication skills to keep young passengers safe and entertained.
Experience: Prior experience working with children and teens in a structured recreational, childcare, or hospitality setting.
Casino Dealer
Responsible for:
- Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the table games you are dealing while following company procedures.
- Distributing cards, rolling dice, or spinning roulette wheels, and explaining operating rules to guests.
- Verifying table floats at the beginning and end of your shift, and conducting payouts accurately.
- Creating ideas to generate revenue, ensuring good public relations, and adhering to maritime safety standards.
Additionally: Experience working with DICE is essential for this role!! You need excellent problem-solving skills to handle disputes calmly under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a casino dealer or in a gaming environment, with previous customer service or hospitality background preferred.
Island Lifeguard
Please note this is a land-based, island-stationed role.
Responsible for:
- Monitoring and operating designated aquatic recreation spaces and beach areas, including daily opening and closing duties.
- Performing water rescues, staying alert to accidents, and administering first aid, CPR, Oxygen, and AED as needed.
- Answering guest questions and politely enforcing policies, rules, and regulations.
Additionally: You must be fully lifeguard qualified, able to work outdoors exposed to the elements, and maintain focus while on watch to ensure guest safety without distraction.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a lifeguard, passionate about hospitality, and customer service driven.
Lighting Technician
Responsible for:
- The routine maintenance, repair, and operation of all entertainment lighting systems for shipboard performances.
- Executing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborating with the wider technical team to assist with scenery changeovers and general deck maintenance duties.
Additionally: You will play a vital role in the smooth running of production shows, ensuring all technical elements meet the high standards expected on board.
Experience: Previous cruise industry experience is highly preferred but not essential if you have a strong background in live theatre or concert lighting.
Night Auditor
Responsible for:
- Executing end-of-day accounting processes, including income audits and balancing revenue center financial reports.
- Setting up guest accounts, processing cash payments, foreign currency exchange, and filtering guest queries or complaints.
- Verifying and posting gaming revenues, art auction charges, credits, and gratuities.
Additionally: You must be well-organised, capable of working well under pressure, and possess strong leadership skills to maintain the highest standards of guest relations.
Experience: Hospitality background with front office/reception experience required; previous auditing and night audit skills strongly preferred.
Broadcast Technician
Responsible for:
- Total operation of the Broadcast Centre and the recording of various passenger events across the ship.
- Capturing all scheduled events involving guest participation, such as theme nights, shopping talks, sail-away parties, and game shows.
- Maintaining all broadcast equipment to ensure flawless transmission and recording quality.
Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience in the television or broadcasting industry, or an equivalent cruise background, is required.
Audio Technician
Responsible for:
- Overseeing the running of production shows and guest artist performances.
- Managing all onboard audio systems to ensure high-quality sound for all live events.
- Providing support to the wider technical team during scenery changeovers and equipment maintenance.
Additionally: You will be responsible for setting up and operating audio requirements for a wide variety of guest entertainers and shipboard events beyond the main production shows.
Stage Technician
Responsible for:
- The maintenance, repair, and operation of all live stage and backstage equipment within the main theatres.
- Executing preventive maintenance and general repairs to scenery, including carpentry, scenic painting, and the cleaning of automation systems.
Additionally: You must be able to adapt quickly to new directions and assist other technicians with scenery changeovers whenever required to ensure a flawless production.
Experience: Previous cruise industry experience is highly preferred; a strong background in live theatre or backstage operations is essential.
Receptionist for 6* Cruise Line
Responsible for:
- Acting as the primary point of reference for all shipboard information and guest services.
- Assisting guests with routine queries, providing efficient and courteous resolutions to any problems.
- Facilitating the flow of information between departments to ensure all teams are aware of guest issues and can assist in prompt resolution.
Experience: Previous cruise experience is required for this role.
International Guest Services (DE/IT/FR/ES/PT)
Responsible for:
- Assisting guests at the Guest Services Desk, providing first-class service with a focus on non-English-speaking groups.
- Addressing the special needs and requirements of international guests in their native languages.
- Ensuring all guests, regardless of language, receive a seamless and inclusive cruise experience.
Experience: Fluency in English and at least two other languages is mandatory.
Recreation Staff
Responsible for:
- Conducting and overseeing the operation of onboard recreational areas, including the aqua park, bungee, bowling, rock climbing, or sports courts.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of these venues at all times.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both adults and children participating in recreational events.
Experience: Very good customer service skills are essential, with a demonstrated ability to engage with guests of all ages.
Destination Staff
Responsible for:
- Ensuring complete guest satisfaction by meeting and exceeding expectations throughout their shore experience.
- Providing guests with detailed port and tour information, as well as managing the sale and coordination of tours and private arrangements.
- Managing tour logistics, including dispatching buses and private cars, assigning tour escorts, and coordinating catering requirements (water, lunch boxes, etc.).
- Creating port descriptions, managing booking forms, and organising guest debarkation briefings.
Experience: Previous cruise ship shore excursions or destination management experience is required.
Second Purser
Responsible for:
- Assisting the Chief Purser to ensure all departmental operations run with maximum efficiency.
- Supervising the reception desk to maintain high standards of guest service.
- Carrying out thorough audits on front office finances, reporting, and cash handling procedures.
Experience: Previous cruise experience is required. Candidates who speak multiple languages fluently are preferred.
Lounge Technician
Responsible for:
- The set-up and operation of a wide variety of audiovisual equipment required to support diverse activities, live shows, and guest variety artists.
- Performing routine preventive maintenance and general cleaning of all technical entertainment equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Managing the safe and proper storage of all technical assets.
Additionally: You are expected to maintain and inspect all equipment, tracking inventory levels diligently to ensure all necessary props and items are consistently available for scheduled performances.
Experience: Previous experience in technical theatre or audiovisual support, ideally in a cruise or high-pressure hospitality environment, is required.
Wine Steward
Responsible for:
- Promoting and maximising beverage sales within your assigned restaurant station.
- Delivering world-class wine service, including expert recommendations, proper pouring techniques, and deep knowledge of the wine list.
- Building rapport with guests to enhance their dining experience.
Additionally: You must be passionate about hospitality and demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of fine wines from all over the world.
Experience: Proven experience in high-end wine service, preferably within the luxury hospitality or cruise sector.
Photographer
Responsible for:
- Working within a collaborative team to create and sell warm, personal photography experiences.
- Capturing and engaging guests in a variety of settings, both onboard and ashore, to create lasting memories.
- Producing high-quality products for the onboard photography storefront.
Additionally: You must enjoy interacting with guests and thrive in a high-paced, sales-driven environment.
